The founder and owner of the law office is Attorney at Law Sylwia Majchrzak. She is graduate of the University of Lodz, Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw and the University of Antwerp.

Attorney at law Sylwia Majchrzak gained experience working in law offices in Lodz and providing legal advice to business entities. She specializes in the area of civil, commercial, construction, intellectual property law and banking law. She has extensive experience in cases handled by civil courts and administrative tribunals.

Attorney at law Sylvia Majchrzak graduated in law (specialization - Business Law ) at the University of Lodz with very good results , International and European Legal Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp , postgraduate studies - "Academy of companies " in Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw , as well as post-graduate legal apprentice at the District Board of Legal Advisors in Lodz. She takes part in many training courses, conferences, and professional courses – i.e. postgraduate training course for lawyers in the field of procedural law and contract law - Legal Process School - Ad exemplum and the Foundation of Legal Advisors for Study of Legal Process - Iudicium Ars Est. She is an author of the publication at the trade press - among others in the scope of the European law and the industrial property law.
